Overview
Bosshire was a fast-paced MVP project where I handled both the mobile frontend and backend integrations. We managed to scale the app to 5,000+ downloads within just 3 months of launch. I implemented Clean Architecture with BLoC/Cubit to keep the codebase maintainable as we shipped features rapidly.

1. Smart Job Matching & Push Alerts
Developed a smart job-matching engine combined with Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) so users get instant push alerts for new job postings.
2. CI/CD Automation
To avoid the hassle of manual releases, I set up Fastlane to automate the deployment pipeline to both the App Store and Play Store, cutting down our release time by 40%.
