Bosshire Employer Dashboard
The recruiter-facing companion to Bosshire Job Portal, letting employers manage job postings, screen applicants with a fast CV preview flow, and search for matching talent.
Overview
Bosshire Employer Dashboard is the recruiter-facing side of the Bosshire Job Portal, giving employers full control over their job postings and a way to source candidates directly. I built it with Next.js, MUI, and TanStack Query.
Contribution Highlights
Built out the core recruiter workflows, from job management to candidate screening and talent sourcing.
1. Job Management (CRUD, Publish & Share)
Built the full job management flow, letting employers create, edit, publish/unpublish, and share job postings.
2. Applicant Screening & CV Preview
Built an applicants page with a CV preview drawer featuring next/previous navigation for fast screening, a candidate detail tab within the same drawer, and status management (shortlisted, interview, not fit, etc.).
3. Talent Search & Credit-based CV Unlock
Built a talent search feature to find matching candidates, where employers spend credits to unlock and view a candidate's CV.
4. Contact Us Form
Built a contact us page with a form for inbound inquiries.
