Overview
Teman Bumil is basically a must-have app for mothers-to-be in Indonesia. I spent my first year maintaining the core native features using Objective-C and Kotlin. As the user base grew heavily, we hit a bottleneck. I eventually led the architectural migration to a unified Flutter codebase, which boosted our processing performance by 35% and easily scaled to over 1 million downloads with a 4.8 rating.

1. The Great Flutter Migration
Led the massive migration from Native (iOS/Android) to Flutter. This drastically sped up our feature delivery and eliminated the headache of maintaining two separate codebases.
2. Real-time Expert Consultation
Built a modular MVVM architecture and integrated RocketChat via WebSockets, allowing users to consult with health experts in real-time with zero delay.
